My transaction is stuck or pending - what to do?

If your transaction hasn't completed, here's how to check its status and understand what might be happening.

Check the Hyperlane Explorer

Visit the Hyperlane Explorer and enter your transaction hash. The Explorer will show you the current status of your transaction.

The status will display as either:

  • Pending (still processing)

  • Success (completed)

  • Failed (did not complete).

If Status Shows Pending

Pending transactions can take varying amounts of time to complete depending on network conditions. Some transactions complete within minutes, while others may take hours or occasionally longer when networks are experiencing issues.

If the origin or destination blockchain is experiencing downtime or performance problems, your transaction will wait until the network recovers.

When to Contact Support

If your transaction has been pending for more than 24h, contact us and open a ticket via the chat widget. Provide your transaction hash and we'll investigate the specific cause of the delay.
