Why don't I see my chain or token on Nexus?

The easiest way to check if your desired route is supported is to use the Nexus interface itself.

Check Available Routes

Go to Nexus and click the "From" dropdown. You'll see a list of all origin chains with the number of routes available from each chain.

For example, you might see:

  • Ethereum: 18 routes

  • Base: 11 routes

  • Arbitrum: 6 routes

  • Optimism: 5 routes

The "Routes to" indicator shows how many destination chains you can bridge to from that origin.

Check If Your Specific Route Works

To check if you can bridge from Chain A to Chain B:

  • Select Chain A in the "From" dropdown.

  • Click the "To" dropdown.

If Chain B appears in the list, that route is supported. If Chain B doesn't appear, that route is not currently available.

Check If Your Token Is Supported

After selecting your origin and destination chains, click the Token dropdown.

The dropdown only shows tokens that are available for your specific route (the combination of your origin and destination chains you selected).

If you see your token in the list, it's supported for that route.

If you don't see your token, it means that token is not available for bridging between those specific chains.

You can search for your token using the search bar in the token dropdown.

Why Some Routes or Tokens Aren't Available

Not every token is available on every route. Token availability depends on whether that token has been deployed on both chains and whether a bridge route has been set up for it.

If you select a different origin or destination chain, you may see a different set of available tokens.
