My funds aren't showing in my wallet after bridging

If you bridged tokens but don't see your funds, here are the most common causes.

Check Your Transaction Status

First, look up your transaction in the Hyperlane Explorer at explorer.hyperlane.xyz using your transaction hash.

If the status shows Success, your bridge completed. If funds aren't visible in your wallet, there are several things to check.

  1. Make sure your wallet is connected to the destination network, not the origin network. Your wallet won't automatically switch networks after a bridge.

  2. Some wallets don't automatically display new tokens you receive. You may need to manually import the token using its contract address.

  3. Wait a few minutes and refresh your wallet. Sometimes there's a delay between when a transaction completes on-chain and when your wallet's interface updates.

  4. You can check the destination blockchain's explorer (like Etherscan, Basescan, etc.) directly. Search for your destination wallet address and look at the token balances. If tokens show there, they're on-chain even if your wallet interface isn't displaying them correctly.
